Travel, Gift, Campaign processes related to Customers/Dealers/Authorized Sellers/Employees, and Personal Data Processing Disclosure Text

a) Data Controller and Representative

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), your personal data will be processed by Güneş Motor Supapları Tic. ve San. A.Ş. ("Company" or "Güneş Supap") as the data controller within the scope outlined below. 

b) Personal Data Processed

Güneş Supap processes your identity (name-surname), communication (email, phone, address), and points, coupons, and campaign information.

c) Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Your personal data will be processed domestically and internationally for the purposes of conducting gift, campaign, promotion processes, marketing activities, conducting customer satisfaction activities, managing loyalty processes related to the company, products, and services, customizing and offering products and services according to your preferences, usage habits, or needs, managing customer, dealer, and supplier relationship management processes, planning and implementing product and/or service sales processes, planning logistics activities, conducting internal company processes, auditing business activities, and monitoring and conducting legal affairs.

d) Recipients of Processed Personal Data and the Purpose of Sharing

Your personal data is transferred to third parties domestically or internationally for the following purposes:

•        Business Partners & Suppliers

            To carry out the product/service procurement processes from third parties, manage operational processes related to products/services, run campaign/promotion activities, carry out finance and accounting operations, manage business partner and supplier relations, ensure business continuity. 

•        Authorized Persons, Institutions, and/or Organizations 

To provide information to authorized persons, institutions, or organizations, carry out legal processes, and conduct our activities in compliance with the law.

e) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through physical or electronic means, email correspondence, or phone calls, via automatic, partially automatic, or non-automatic methods as part of a data recording system.

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law, namely "the establishment, use, or protection of a right" and "the necessity of processing for the legitimate interests of data processing."

f) Rights of the Personal Data Subject under Article 11 of the Law

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you may choose the method below or communicate your requests to our company using other methods specified in the Notification on Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller.
