What is BAGA?
BAGA material refers to special alloyed materials used in the production of components such as valve guides (gayds) and valve seats (bagas) in internal combustion engines or high-performance mechanical systems, which are exposed to high temperatures and wear. These parts are critical for ensuring the efficient, safe, and long-lasting operation of the engine.
Baga Material
G 1,5:
A pearlitic cast iron alloy. It is resistant to hardness loss and wear at high temperatures.
MD02:
A 12% chromium alloyed steel. It is resistant to shock and wear, does not deform under hot conditions, and maintains oxidation resistance even at temperatures above 700°C.
SD04:
Sintered cobalt-molybdenum alloy steel. Offers excellent wear resistance at high operating temperatures. Developed for use in high-performance turbo engines.
SD07:
Cobalt-molybdenum alloy steel infiltrated with copper.
